Broker Associate & District Manager — Illustrated Properties (PGA National “Fairway” & Wellington)

Born and raised in South Florida and a third-generation Realtor, Jason brings deep local roots and a business-first approach to every transaction. He leads the PGA National (Fairway) and Wellington offices as District Manager, pairing neighborhood expertise with modern analytics to help clients price, position, and negotiate with confidence. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing and an MBA from the University of Florida, and he oversees data and reporting for the brokerage to spot trends early and drive better outcomes.

Jason represents buyers, sellers, and investors across single-family homes, condos, townhomes, rentals, relocation, and investment properties—with a special focus on valuation, cash flow, and long-term equity growth. Clients value his clear communication, thorough preparation, and smooth, no-drama process from first conversation to closing.

South Florida is home. Jason and his wife, Bethany, are raising their son, Jacob (a King’s Academy Lion). Away from work, you’ll find him on a run, on the water, or coaching and creating with his family—often alongside the family Cavapoos, Teddy and Rio.
